Loosies: A very nice movie to watch...

Peter Facinelli who acted as a young pickpocket in the New York subways, living a fast, free, lifestyle and also supports his mother in a living, is confronted by a woman with whom he had a one night affair. There are a couple of movies, or rather a couple of story ideas, tucked in “Loosies,” an amorphous, laugh-flecked drama about a New York City pickpocket that mostly comes across as a feature-length advertisement for its likable star and writer, Peter Facinelli.

To me, its more than a movie. It portrays a life of a young man who has to support his family (mother) and at the same time make a living without a formal education in down-town New York. He ended up in an under-world life where your skills will make you survive and eventually rise once identified by the "Godfathers". End of the day, with experience, wisdom and changing times the most skilled becomes the "Don". It's all about survival and business...

This movie is directed by Michael Corrente; written by Peter Facinelli; director of photography, Sam Oliver Fleischner; edited by Daniel Boneville; music by Chad Fischer; production design by Robert Rotondo; produced by Chad A.
