JE HII NI KWELI? SARATANI si ugonjwa bali BIASHARA!

SIRI imekuwa wazi: SARATANI si ugonjwa bali BIASHARA! HEALTHBY NEWSRESCUE. SEPTEMBER 23, 2016. Na i

THE SECRET BEHIND HIDDEN POWERS.!!!

When are we going to develop agro-processing SMEs in Tanzania? By CDN Kassala

Dear Colleagues, When are we going to develop agro-processing SMEs? Read the following: Tanzania: Tomato prices fall 88% In Tanzania, a glut of tomatoes has depressed prices to uneconomic levels. A large number of small-scale farmers began growing the crop this season, after seeing last year's high prices. This has led to the oversupply and subsequent drop in price. According to Mr Jonas Malta, a resident of Morogoro Region, the price of one crate of tomatoes last season was Sh60,000. But this season it has fallen to between Sh7,000 and Sh8,000. That has been the trend in other parts of the country too. An agribusiness consultant, Mr Ebron Mwakalinga, says creating a conducive environment for promoting agro-industries to add value to tomatoes for local consumption and exports will enable farmers to make a profit. He also talks about the need to explore ways of finding foreign markets for processed tomatoes. "China is the major exporter of tomato pas

Characteristics of Successful Students by Steven B. Westhoff, Superintendent Reed City Area Public.

Schools As parents, we all want the same thing for our kids – success. We all want our kids to be winners. We want all of our children to be happy. Success in the classroom is definitely a step in the right direction. However, we sometimes wonder what exactly successful students look like. What are their characteristics? Lots of research has been done in the area of student success. And though there can be several different definitions for success, we’re really talking about getting good grades and fulfilling the requirements at a given level to move to the next level or graduate. So, here’s what the research says about successful students:- • Attend class regularly and on time • Turn in all assignments • Do assignments neatly • Speak up in class • Set short-term and long-term goals • Learn to set aside time for homework • Ask for extra help from the teacher if they need it • Pay attention in class and are polite • See their teachers before and after class • Enjo

Positive attitude ndio mpango mzima!

We should all know that, our mental health depends very much on what we think, take in mind and how we manage our thoughts towards achievements! the below story from a friend is very good food for thought for our mental health and success in anything we do. In short, our attitude contributes 100% in anything we achieve, whether positive or negative. Remember your mind can be programmed just like a computer software!    A number of years ago I started the mental exercise when I got up in the morning to program my mind that today was going to be an unbelievably great day. That it was going to be an outstanding day of performance, productivity, and results.  From that day forward, after learning that skill, and applying that mindset, I’ve been able to hook together very good days regularly, one after the next after the next.  I firmly believe my attitude changed so the outcome changed. It wasn’t my skill set that changed in that moment.  Certainly my skills were good, but the at

Developing Capacity for young Tanzanians, by Rosemary Mwakitwange.

Image
Dear Friend and Colleagues . I greet with you in the spirit of the Country We all Want!, Tanzania Tunayoitaka! I am following up on the issue of youth unemployment and the idleness of some young people today. I am talking about families that find themselves with energetic young people who do not have the direction for their career simply because they failed to get the required grades for further education, and cannot get into the employment because they are too young and lack the necessary skills. This email is intended to parents and guardians like me, who are faced with this situation, are troubled with the status quo  and don't know what to do.  Brothers and sisters, It just come to my painful confirmation that, with mass failures at secondary schools and inability of college qualification to respond to the labor market forces,  jobs will be there but for others. As an innovative thinker, and solution driven person have taken serious steps to try and provide a practical
